Origins: 10% Tarrazu, 45% La Honduras, 20% Sidamo, 25% Sumatra.

Description: Rich, complex espresso. Earthy and sweet in the aroma, with papaya and caramel tones and floral top notes. In the small cup, full-bodied and complex: dark chocolate, carmel, flowers, a hint of earth. The shot finish is rich and slightly astringent; the long is cleanly floral and chocolaty. Blooms nicely in milk, pungent sweet with a full, round mouthfeel and fresh leather, dark chocolate and raisin complications.
